TWP Consulting Engineers (Structural Engineers) were originally founded in Exeter in 1986 by Syd Willocks and was known as The Willocks Practice. After the retirement of Syd in May 2007 the former co-directors of The Willocks Practice took over the running of the Practice and took the opportunity of re-branding the business with a new corporate identity.
Nick Drew and Bob Andrews, the directors of TWP Structural Engineers, have over 35 years experience within the Consultant Engineering profession – 30 of which were gained within The Willocks Practice. Based in an exceptional listed building in central Exeter, TWP currently employs 10 technical staff complimented by two administrative staff.
The aim of the business is to promote the continuing development of both the staff and technology to enable us to provide the most viable structural engineering solutions to the unique challenges posed by each project and the needs of each individual client. In the rapid change associated with the modern world and the increasing awareness of sustainability issues, we are striving to maintain a cutting edge that we can bring to each and every structural engineering commission we receive.
